Pursuing Faith exists to equip Christians, leaders, and churches to navigate seasons of doubt, engage today’s hardest questions, and cultivate an authentic, flourishing faith.
This ministry was born out of firsthand experience.
While pastoring a vibrant church in Portland and serving as a theology professor at George Fox University, Dominic Done noticed a growing need: more and more people - especially young adults - were quietly struggling with doubt, disillusionment, and deconstruction.
Rather than dismiss these questions, Dominic began writing to meet them with honesty and hope.
His first book, When Faith Fails, maps the terrain of deconstruction and offers a compassionate way through doubt.
His second, Your Longing Has a Name, casts a vision for spiritual flourishing—showing how our deepest aches can lead to a grounded, resilient life of faith.
These books sparked conversations around the world and laid the foundation for Pursuing Faith.
What We Offer
Through Pursuing Faith, we come alongside individuals and communities in three main ways:
Resources
Books, study guides, articles, videos, and podcast conversations that speak honestly about faith, doubt, and apologetics.
Formation
Courses, small group studies, and one-on-one coaching that help people grow spiritually.
Speaking
Lectures, sermons, workshops, and seminars for churches, universities, and organizations.
Whether you're carrying doubt - or carrying someone through theirs - you’re the reason we’re here.
